  2. Print at 100%. Print on Letter or A4 at actual size, with no scaling, so nothing is cut off.
  3. Fill it in. Write names beside each table’s or row’s seat numbers on the fill-in pages.

The fill-in pages

A printed fill-in page headed Tables, with a box for each round table listing seat numbers 1 to 8 beside blank spaces for names.

After the floor plan, each PDF has a page of boxes, one per table (or a list of seats per row for theater seating), with numbered seats to write names beside. Seat numbers match the floor plan, so a helper can set place cards from it.
