- Where are my plans saved? In your own browser, on the device you used. See your seating plans.
- How do I move a plan to another computer? Download the plan file (Print & export → Plan file), then open it from My plans on the other computer.
- My PDF prints too small or too large. Print at 100% (actual size) and pick the paper size, Letter or A4, that matches your printer.
- Is it really free? Yes, every feature and export, with no account and no watermark. See the terms.
- Looking for a tool or template? Every page is listed on the site map.
Reporting a problem
These details help us find and fix a problem quickly:
- The page address and what you were trying to do.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
- Your browser and device, for example “Safari on iPhone” or “Chrome on Windows”.
Please don’t send your guest or class list. We never need the names to fix a problem. If a plan is involved, replace the names with placeholders first, then download the plan file and attach it.
What happens next
We read every message and reply as soon as we can, usually within a few working days. Bugs and accessibility problems are fixed first. We use your email address only to answer you, never add you to a mailing list, and keep messages only as long as needed, as described in the privacy policy.
